Effective: January 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Cargo Care web platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Cargo Care is a logistics intermediary providing a platform for food ordering and delivery services.
2. Order Fulfillment
Orders are subject to vendor availability and delivery radius. Once an order is confirmed, the vendor is responsible for preparation, and Cargo Care is responsible for the dispatch logistics.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments must be made through our authorized web payment gateways. Refunds for canceled orders are subject to our internal investigation and the specific vendor's policy.
4. User Responsibility
Users must provide accurate delivery addresses within our coverage areas (Nassarawa, Tarauni, etc.). Failure to provide correct info may result in non-delivery without refund.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
